Warranty Policy for Casio Watches
1-Year Brand Warranty:
Casio is pleased to offer a 1-year brand warranty on all watches. This warranty is applicable to the watch's machinery only and covers manufacturing defects.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:

Warranty Card: A warranty card will be provided with each watch to validate the warranty period.

Country of Purchase: The warranty is valid only on products purchased within the country of origin.

Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the machine. This includes issues related to the watch's internal components.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover consumables or items with limited resistance, such as the case, glass, battery, or band (in the case of wristwatches).

Warranty Duration: The product is warranted by Casio and its distributors to be free from defects at the time of delivery for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Warranty Services:
During the warranty period and upon proof of purchase, the product will be serviced in the following ways:

Repair: The product will be repaired using Casio replacement or reconditioned parts.

Replacement: If repair is not feasible, the product may be replaced with the same or a similar replacement or reconditioned model.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
The customer shall not have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if:
- The problem is caused by improper, rough, or careless treatment of the watch.
- The problem is caused by fire or natural calamity.
- The watch has been serviced by anyone other than a Casio service center.
- Damage or wear to the glass, battery, or band (in the case of wristwatches).
- Proof of purchase is not presented.
- The warranty has expired.
