Warranty Policy for Casio Watches

1-Year Brand Warranty:

Casio is pleased to offer a 1-year brand warranty on all watches. This warranty is applicable to the watch's machinery only and covers manufacturing defects.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

1. Warranty Card: A warranty card will be provided with each watch to validate the warranty period.

2. Country of Purchase: The warranty is valid only on products purchased within the country of origin.

3. Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the machine. This includes issues related to the watch's internal components.

4. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover consumables or items with limited resistance, such as the case, glass, battery, or band (in the case of wristwatches).

5. Warranty Duration: The product is warranted by Casio and its distributors to be free from defects at the time of delivery for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Services:

During the warranty period and upon proof of purchase, the product will be serviced in the following ways:

1. Repair: The product will be repaired using Casio replacement or reconditioned parts.

2. Replacement: If repair is not feasible, the product may be replaced with the same or a similar replacement or reconditioned model.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

The customer shall not have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if:

1. The problem is caused by improper, rough, or careless treatment of the watch.
2. The problem is caused by fire or natural calamity.
3. The watch has been serviced by anyone other than a Casio service center.
4. Damage or wear to the glass, battery, or band (in the case of wristwatches).
5. Proof of purchase is not presented.
6. The warranty has expired.
